In the One Space Home Page, go to Legal > Billing Section (left menu). It will show you the list of the current bookings and billings.

In Billings you can check the status of the payments and if you navigate all the way to the right you'll find details where you'll have access to billing details such as Payment history and Refund history.

Billing Details where Admin can easily "Enter payment" or "Refund Money".
