๐ In the One Space Home Page, under Reservations, click New Reservations. You will be redirected to a page that contains below information:
1. Client Info
This section enables you to fill up the client information. We have two (2) options: New Client and Existing Client. When you select Existing Clients, a search bar is available to filter the name of your existing client in the database and automatically provide the details required.
Click New Clients for new customers and fill up all necessary details:
Click Next.
2. Promotion
This section enables you to apply a promotion the client is entitled to (optional).
3. Prepay Option
This section enables you to choose how many months you want to pay for the Unit.
4. Reservation Date
This section enables you to fill up the Move In Date and Time and the Move Out Date. Select There is No Move Out Date if the client does not have a fixed move out date.
Click Next to proceed.
5. Unit Type
Next Admin has Unit Type, Admin cannot proceed without selecting a Unit Type.
5. Unit
In Units, Admin can assign an unit to the reservation or leave it open to be selected later during check-in. On this section Admin also has the chance to customise the price, besides having the option of adding an admin fee.
6.Insurance
After selecting the preferred insurance, click Next to proceed.
7. Contract
In this section Admin can add or edit any extra info relevant for the reservation. Download the contract (on top of the page) or email it to client (at the bottom) to be signed. Click Next to proceed to Invoice.
8. Invoice
Finally, Invoice that can be send by email and downloaded. To finalize the process click Create Reservation.
