What is a Contact? - A contact is a potential client. Until they have bought or hired a service they are called contacts.

Types of Contacts:

• Active Contact - A contact who has a reservation at this moment and the contract is active.

• Moving in Contact - A contact who has a reservation but still hasn't moved in.

• Former Contact - A contact that had reservations in the past which was terminated.

• What is a Lead? - A contact that asks for a quotation is a Lead. It has no contract or reservation but is interested in moving-in.
