📌 How to convert a Quotation into a Reservation?

  1. In One Space Storage Manager Homepage, under CRM click on Quotations List. Select the Quotation you want to convert into a Reservation.

  2. The Quotation details will open and you'll be able to choose the option "Convert to Reservation" on the top-right side of the screen.

  3. You'll be directed to the Convert Quotation page where you'll be checking all the details again in order to finalise the contract. Click "Next" to proceed.

  4. Finally you can click "Convert to Reservation". You'll be able to find your New Reservation under Reservation List..We're here to help!
