When doing a New Reservation you assign a Unit by picking first the Building and Unit Type. This Unit you pick on the time of the Reservation can then later be changed during the Check-in process by simply clicking on Change Unit after Admin clicked on the Reservation to Check-in.
In this stage, Admin won't be able to change the Unit Type or Building, only Unit.
After clicking Change Unit, Admin can go through the list of Reserved and Vacant Units and pick the desired Unit.
After, simply click Next to proceed and finalize the Check-in.
