Follow up is in short, a way of keeping the communication with the contact updated. Similar to an agenda or calendar where a record is kept of the actions you've taken with your contact. This way helping not only keeping track of the work you've done but also for easy access to other Admin.
Regarding the process of contacting you'll have two options to choose from:
"New call" and "Visit".
The status of the Follow ups vary between "Open" and "Closed".
