Unit type helps categorize units.

Because is so abroad, unit type details only need to specify the area/range either in square meters or square feet and it's attributes, if it has AC, CCTV, power supply, alarm and climate.

A good example for Unit Types is when booking a hotel room online, at first you can only pick simple/average details, such as room with a view or room with balcony. Only later, when you check-in you'll be given a specific room number out of those with balcony. Translated to this scenario, unit types is the "room with balcony" and unit is "room 25".
